REFUNDS
Vidbot customers may request a full refund of their full first month bill as long as a written request to support is received no later than 15-days after your initial first-months billing date. Simply request a refund and one will be given.
Beginning on the 16th day after the initial charge, all further refund requests will be denied.
CANCELLATIONS
As a Vidbot customer you may cancel your subscription at any time by simply contacting support and requesting to cancel your account. Email support at support@vidbot.ai.
Cancelling your subscription does not qualify you for a refund and you must cancel your subscription within 72-hours of the next billing cycle. Cancellations requested after the deadline may incur one additional monthly charge.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA WHEN I CANCEL?
When you cancel, your projects and all data will be lost immediately.
PAUSING MY ACCOUNT
To prevent losing your data, videos and projects upon cancellation, you may request to have your account “paused” instead of cancelling. Pausing your account will hold all of your projects and data in a suspended state for a greatly reduced monthly fee.
You may then restart your subscription at anytime in the future and your projects and data will remain intact. Contact support to request to have your subscription paused at support@vidbot.ai.
